The charcoal grill is the engine room of our restaurant. Our chefs have a fiery passion for first-class, hand-picked fish and meat specialities. Angus fillet, veal cutlets, rib-eye, aged bone-in côte de bœuf or rock lobster, monkfish, European sea bass and much more await you at our grill. Thanks to the open kitchen, guests can see for themselves how the sparks of our passion for gourmet food fly. The wonderful aromas from the kitchen add to the anticipation of the meal to come. In addition to the daily fish and meat specials, there are always market-fresh vegetables, wonderful salads, refined appetizers, tasty first courses and sinfully delicious desserts.
